Actress Maude Apatow is mourning the loss of her dear friend and "Euphoria" co-star, Angus Cloud, who passed away at the age of 25 on Monday.

In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, Apatow expressed her admiration for Cloud's humor and their cherished time working together on the HBO teen drama. Cloud portrayed Fezco, a kind-hearted drug dealer, who developed a close bond with Apatow's character, Lexi.

"Angus was the funniest person ever," Apatow wrote. "I would get so excited to see on the schedule that we would be working together because I knew we’d have the best day, laughing so hard."

Describing Cloud as the sweetest person who brought happiness to everyone around him, Apatow's tribute captured the essence of his magical personality. She expressed that words couldn't fully encompass the loss she and others felt, stating that her heart was broken.

The cause of Cloud's death has not been disclosed yet. His family revealed that he had recently laid his father to rest just days before his own passing. In a statement to CNN, they acknowledged Cloud's openness about his battle with mental health and expressed hope that his passing would serve as a reminder to others that they are not alone in their struggles.

In conclusion, Apatow conveyed her gratitude for having the opportunity to know and work with Angus Cloud, calling it one of the greatest joys and blessings of her life. She ended her message with an enduring declaration of love for her late co-star.
